Economic and political media analysis, background analyses and studies
At the beginning of the XXIst century, companies, institutions and private individuals are increasingly faced with the challenges, problems and risk factors posed by the mass of unverified and unprocessed data and sea of information available on the Internet, in the media and press. Even though company executives and lawyers (our potential clients) generally see the necessity of media watching in order to survey, selectively compile, synthesise and analyse the information relevant for their activity as a basic need, the lack of time and resources often forms an obstacle. Public access to information does not, in and of itself, make such information interpretable and relevant, in other words useful. Only an expert is capable of comparatively evaluating matters and establishing correlations. Maintaining a permanent dedicated team for such tasks, however, would represent a substantial extra burden for companies from a financial and human resource perspective. Existing media analysis companies, however, are often unable to provide the unbiased approach, professionalism and discretion required to gain the trust of clients due to their obvious political affiliation or dependence on other, for example economic interest groups. As the majority of companies, entrepreneurs and law firms lack sufficient time and human resources to browse and study websites, web storage spaces, social websites and print databases, vital information may be lost in the “data jungle”.
